Ck2generator Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the ck2generator platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the ck2generator platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ck2generator platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use the ck2generator platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
- Not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent the use of such online services.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Ck2generator reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these terms. Accounts unable to verify their eligibility will be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ck2generator at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed with their balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid payment details. ck2generator is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ck2generator support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
Users are prohibited from using this platform for the following purposes:
- Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the platform's systems.
- Disrupting, unauthorised accessing, or damaging the platform's systems or data.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the ck2generator platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account in accordance with the processing time associated with the selected payment method. ck2generator is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account will be declined. Users who have not completed the account verification process may face restrictions on withdrawal functionality.
Ck2generator reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms while an internal investigation is carried out. All decisions regarding disputed transactions are final, subject to the platform management team's determination.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ck2generator platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. ck2generator is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ck2generator platform — including logos, names, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of ck2generator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any platform content without prior written consent from ck2generator.
Third-Party Links
The ck2generator platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that ck2generator endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policy of each third-party website before providing any personal information.
Account Policy and Termination of Service
Account Suspension and Closure
Ck2generator reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or the provision of false information during registration. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team for clarification.
Voluntary Account Closure by User
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must submit a written request to the ck2generator support team via email. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable withdrawal terms. Once the account is closed, personal data will be handled in accordance with the platform's privacy policy.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ck2generator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
